Is a piece of jewelry not quite right for you after all? Don't worry—you're allowed to change your mind!
What are the conditions for returning an item?
You have a legal right to return a piece of jewelry within *14 days* of receiving your order.
For a return to be accepted, the item must:
* In its original condition, new and unworn.
* Returned to its original packaging.
*Please note: Items that are custom-made or personalized specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged.*
How do I return an item, step by step?
1. *Contact me:* Send me an email at *ateliercalesia@gmail.com* to let me know you'd like to return the piece of jewelry.
2. Prepare your package: Pack your creation very carefully so that it won't get damaged during shipping.
3. Ship the return: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. I will email you the workshop's mailing address for the return. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number.
Refund
As soon as we receive the jewelry and inspect its condition at our workshop, I will issue a refund for the item directly to the payment method used when you placed your order, as soon as possible.
