At Atelier Calésia, if there's one stone that has always captivated me, it's the moonstone.

It is called the stone of new beginnings. For centuries, it has been the stone of the Sacred Feminine. Not the feminine on the surface—no. The deep, intuitive feminine—the one that feels before it understands.
It is the Moonstone itself. It holds within it the cycles, the inner tides. It does not judge. It welcomes. When I work with a Moonstone in my Signes studio, I always picture a star that has gently fallen into mother-of-pearl.

1. It soothes emotions and relieves stress. It calms the thoughts that keep going round and round in your head at night and helps you get a restful night's sleep.

How do you cleanse and recharge your moonstone?
To clean it: simply rinse it under a steady stream of clean water for a few seconds. No salt.
To recharge it: place it in the moonlight, on a windowsill, overnight. Be sure to avoid direct sunlight. I always purify each piece of jewelry before sending it to you from my studio.
